Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to another person, or you can get a rain check for another day. NOTE: If you no-call no-show, there will be a $50 rebooking fee. Please call us if you can’t make your scheduled jump time.

Maximum weight limit of 230 lbs. If you are over 200 pounds, there is an additional fee, as follows:
200-210 lbs $10
210-220 lbs $20
220-230 lbs $30

What is this “AGL” thing?

When talking about skydiving altitude, there are 2 reference points, MSL (Mean Sea Level) and AGL (Above Ground Level). As a skydiver, we primarily concern ourselves with AGL, which is the distance that we exit the airplane from above the ground. Our airport has a field elevation of 3,600′ MSL, so in order to achieve a 13,500′ freefall we must fly to 17,100 feet MSL. Skydive Missoula is the ONLY drop zone in the region that is authorized by the FAA to fly as high as 18,000 feet above sea level. This affords every jumper the opportunity for a full minute of freefall before deploying the parachute.

A jump from 12,500′ MSL will result in a 20 second freefall before the parachute opens.

A jump from 17,500′ MSL will TRIPLE your freefall time for a full minute of freefall before the parachute opens.

After the parachute opens, you’ll enjoy a 3-5 minute canopy flight before touching down in the landing area.
